RISA soccer officials boast the only
United States Soccer Federation (USSF) certified soccer officials on Okinawa. With
an instructor and assessor training is a constant within the organization. Mini
clinics and meetings are held weekly and full clinics are done once a quarter. We
are also the only National High School Federation soccer officials on Okinawa. Any
